Breakout Presentation

Opening Session
"Empowering Change: Connect to Purpose"
---
In today's fast-paced culture, we are often all too eager to quickly "get down to business," when sometimes even a short pause to reflect on the importance of the topic at hand can be very healthy and ultimately lead to a more connected experience and more meaningful outcomes. During this interactive opening activity, you will be invited to slow down to explore our individual and shared purpose for being at this conference. Pausing to reflect on why it's important to be here reconnects us to what makes our work meaningful. Connecting to the deeper meaning helps us to slow down and be fully present, which is key to getting the best return on investment of our time together. Another benefit of connecting to our sense of purpose is the value of hearing each other's answers. Exploring what motivates each of us to be here is maybe the most meaningful way of getting to know about each other.

Through this session, you'll:
-
Reconnect to what makes your work meaningful.
