Speaker Bio:
Linda Bukata Aiello is Chief People Officer at DraftKings, where she is responsible for driving DraftKings’ overall people strategies. She focuses on enhancing top talent acquisition and employment branding; enabling employee and leadership growth and development, operational excellence through compensation, benefits, people analytics and systems; creating an exceptional employee experience through workplace and real estate; and building a competency around diversity, inclusion and belonging.
Linda’s expertise is extensive, having played integral roles in diverse industries. Before joining the DraftKings team in 2024, she held CPO roles at Qurate Retail Group and Stitch Fix. For the five years prior she oversaw the Employee Success team at Salesforce, serving as Executive Vice President. She was also an HR Director at Uber where she contributed to its rapid international growth, navigating complex regulatory landscapes and overseeing the sale of business segments in challenging markets.
Recognized as one of the top 50 HR professionals by the National Diversity Council, Linda continues to make an impact through advisory roles, leveraging her global perspective, business acumen, and commitment to fostering inclusive cultures.
Linda holds a BFA from the University of Arizona and has pursued continuing education at NYU's Stern School of Business and Cornell University.
