1. How can I speak at CultureCon West 2024?

We are no longer taking speaker applications for 2024 programs. Our speaker application portal is open through December 31st, 2024.

Please note that CultureCon does not pay speakers or offer reimbursement for travel expenses.

2. How can I become a sponsor of CultureCon West 2024?

Our conferences are not possible without the generous support from local, national, and international organizations. If you'd like to learn more about CultureCon West 2024 sponsorship opportunities, Contact Us.

3. How can I volunteer at CultureCon?

CultureCon is not possible without the generous support of volunteers. If you'd like to be considered for volunteering opportunities, please complete our Contact Us form and select the Volunteering Opportunities checkbox.

4. Why are my shoes so wet?

Did you step in a puddle again? Stop doing that.

5. Will tickets be available at the door?

Yes.

6. How do I get a media pass to CultureCon West 2024?

To inquire about media passes, please email info@cultureconusa.org.

7. Are purchased tickets refundable or transferable?

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty if received in writing prior to seven (7) days of the event. Cancellations received in writing prior to 21 days before the event will receive a refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations received within 21 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

8. What is the conference dress code?

Business comfortable. Wait. Casual formal? It doesn't matter. Some attendees will be in jeans and sneakers, others will be in khakis and dress shoes. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

9. Where should I park?

10. What meals are provided?

Once available, our event schedule page will feature our hosted meal information. We accommodate a wide variety of dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

11. What hotels are available?

12. What sites and tourist attractions are available?

Here are some recommendations on things to do (vegas.com) and places to eat (TripAdvisor.com).

13. Will speaker presentations be available after the event?

Speaker presentation slides and video recordings will be made available after the event in our Learning Center. Details on how to access the content will be provided after the event.

14. Does CultureCon West 2024 count towards SHRM and HRCI re-certification credits?

Our conference qualifies for re-certification credits from both SHRM and HRCI. After the event is over, we will publish re-certification codes in the same location as our speaker slides and video recordings.

15. What is the 'Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership' that's included with my ticket?

All in-person conference attendees are eligible to receive a complimentary 'Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership' and free access it's supplemental materials. These items will be offered and issued after CultureCon West 2024.

By attending CultureCon West 2024, recipients have invested over 10 hours towards actively engaging with wide-ranging workplace culture presentations. This certification not only acknowledges a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, but also signifies the recipient's dedication to continuous learning and leadership development in the realm of organizational culture.
