Speaker Bio:
Carolynne advises executives on their most important leadership challenges, including how to align their organizations to strategic direction, shape organizational culture, and create followership at scale.
During her almost 25 years at CRA | Admired Leadership®, Carolynne has guided leaders and their teams through strategy changes, culture evolutions, and transformative acquisitions. A sought-after coach, strategist, and speaker, her extensive experience and no-nonsense approach immediately attract senior executives who crave answers and are tired of impractical advice. Carolynne has also set the standard for establishing cohesive executive teams, reducing uncertainty during times of change, and improving leadership effectiveness overall. Her clients include leaders in the consumer products, financial services, healthcare, insurance, pharmaceutical, professional services, and technology industries.
In 2004 and 2011, respectively, she co-founded The Minnesuing Group, an invitation-only senior leader network, and The Strategic Communication Academy at Sundance, the world’s leading developmental program on strategic leadership communication.
Carolynne holds BAs in Communication Science and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Denver. Before joining CRA | Admired Leadership®, she researched the effects of genetic counselors’ communication styles on parents of newborns for the Human Genome Project.
A Wisconsin native, Carolynne and her family live in the Phoenix metro area.
