I bring a unique perspective to HR, shaped by my journey from advertising with global giants like Google and Nike to corporate leadership at PLBY Enterprises and finally to early-stage startups. My career has spanned structured corporate environments and the unpredictable world of startups. I’ve often taken on HR responsibilities because building the proper culture is the best way to drive revenue growth. The challenges of building teams and fostering a culture in both bootstrapped and venture-backed startups have taught me how to manage individuals and create resilient teams in high-pressure, fast-changing environments. My experience lets me blend corporate discipline with startup agility to offer actionable strategies for leaders looking to adapt and innovate. I look to provide insight to help others build sustainable, values-driven cultures amidst the chaos of growth.
