​​1. How can I speak at the conference?
Fill out our speaker application by December 31st, 2025! Speaker selections will be made by February 2026.

Please note that CultureCon does not pay speakers or offer reimbursement for travel expenses.

2. How can I become a sponsor?
Our conferences are not possible without the generous support from sponsors. If you'd like to learn more about our flexible sponsorship offerings, Contact Us.

3. Why are my shoes so wet?
Did you step in a puddle again? Stop doing that.

4. What happens if the event sells out before I can buy a ticket?
CultureCon events typically sell out about one month before the conference, so we encourage you to secure your ticket early! If the event does sell out, you can join our waitlist. Waitlist members will be notified first if any tickets become available.

5. How do I get a media pass to AI Summit 2026?
To inquire about media passes, please email info@cultureconusa.org.

6. Are purchased tickets refundable or transferable?
Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty if received in writing prior to seven (7) days of the event. Cancellations received in writing prior to 21 days before the event will receive a refund minus an administrative fee. Cancellations received within 21 days of the event will not be refunded. No-show registrations will not be refunded.

7. What is the conference dress code? 
Business comfortable. Wait. Casual formal? It doesn't matter. Some attendees will be in jeans and sneakers, others will be in khakis and dress shoes. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

9. What meals are provided?
Once available, our event schedule page will feature our hosted meal information. We accommodate a wide variety of dietary preferences including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free.

11. What sites and tourist attractions are available?

12. Will speaker presentations be available after the event?
Speaker presentation slides and video recordings will be made available after the event in our Learning Center. Details on how to access the content will be provided after the event.

13. Does the conference count towards SHRM and HRCI re-certification credits?
Our conference qualifies for re-certification credits from both SHRM and HRCI. After the event is over, we will publish re-certification codes in the same location as our speaker slides and video recordings.

14. What is the 'Certificate of Organizational Culture Leadership' that's included with my ticket?
All AI Summit 2026 attendees will receive a Certificate of AI and Workplace Culture Leadership, recognizing their participation in sessions focused on the strategic integration of AI within modern organizations. This certificate reflects 16+ hours of applied learning on topics such as using AI to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, support ethical decision-making, and lead culture change in the digital age. It’s a valuable credential for professionals looking to drive innovation, boost team productivity and lead responsibly in AI-powered workplace environments.
